West brings 25 years of experience in software technology to the team, more than 15 of which have been spent focused on customer and service operations for SaaS and on premise. Prior to joining RedTeam, West served as Vice President of Global Customer Services at Sage, a market leader in accounting software for small and mid-sized businesses with specializations for the construction industry, and senior operations manager at Symantec, a leading global IT security provider that services millions of customers. West worked at Sage when it announced a strategic partnership with RedTeam in 2019 to provide end-to-end solutions for every aspect of a business within the construction and real estate industries. In his past roles, West developed expertise in business development and growth, as well as experience in building strong internal employee networks on a global scale.
