Leaning into the Friday the 13th date, the theme for the event was “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” With delicious food and great people, it was the perfect way to celebrate another successful year here at RedTeam. It was also an opportunity to reflect on the past year and to look toward the future.
RedTeam believes that three things consistently lead to the success of our product, our team members, and our users.
Passion: Loving what you do.
Teamwork: Collaborating and executing as a team.
Integrity: Saying what you do and doing what you say.
But why do we do what we do?
It would be a nice story to say RedTeam started from great entrepreneurial vision, but that’s not so. In truth, RedTeam was born from the needs of a commercial general contractor who wanted to manage the daily operational risks of their projects.
Construction is a tough business. We know because we have lived it first-hand. Tight schedules, complex workflows, logistics, and managing the many subcontractors on the jobsite are only some of the challenges contractors face daily. Success often boils down to a deep commitment to quality, and investments of time and money to achieve a myriad of small victories that deliver exceptional projects.
We get it, and we love it too. But we also recognize, for each of us, there is more to life than our work. This understanding is what motivates us to make RedTeam the best it can be because keeping your projects organized and on track can make your life that much better.
That’s why we do what we do.
This message is what motivates us to make sure that we provide a comprehensive project management solution for the contractors who take on the extraordinarily difficult work of commercial building.
Collaboration is at the core of the construction industry. By arming your team with the right information at the right time, they can stay ahead of anything that might slow them down, allowing them to build with confidence.
We have accomplished a lot as a team this past year. To our team members, thank you for the hard work and dedication you bring every day. To our users, thank you for making RedTeam what it is today. Your continued feedback and support go a long way in ensuring that we provide the best experience for everyone involved.
We hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous new year!
