With the newest version of this integration, contractors are able to request a lien waiver within the payment approval workflow to streamline payment processing.
With this enhancement, RedTeam users are able to create a project in the zlien software platform directly from RedTeam and generate a lien waiver request routed to vendors ready to be signed and, once executed, automatically loaded into the zlien project and available for access in RedTeam. Such functionality provides great data integrity and reduces the time spent tracking these critical documents. It effectively reduces the risk of lien claims and better protects all project stakeholders.
“Our friends at RedTeam understand the challenge contractors face on an intimate level, and are committed to delivering solutions to help contractors grow their business and remove payment stress. This integration with zlien will save countless man hours for contractors across the country and put companies in a position to succeed.”, said Coy Henderson, Director of Business Development for zlien.
Frederic Guitton, Chief Strategy Officer at RedTeam noted: “Our commitment to helping contractors manage risk and gain greater control over the course of construction is greatly enhanced with this partnership. We often speak about the importance to delivering on time, on budget and with no title defects, this new functionality gives our clients a complete solution to deliver on that promise.” Jerad Ferrell, Chief Marketing Officer at RedTeam adds: “the seamless integration between RedTeam and zlien breaks down barriers builders may have experienced in the past when looking to leverage multiple tools to execute on a given project!”
